Getting Started as a CoinDuffle Dealer
Welcome to CoinDuffle! This guide walks you through everything you need to do to go from a new applicant to an active dealer with products listed and ready to sell.
Your Path to Selling
The onboarding process is straightforward and typically takes 1–3 business days from application to your first listing:

Before You Begin
To complete the onboarding process, make sure you have the following ready:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) for identity verification
- Your business information — business name, address, EIN or SSN (for tax reporting), and contact details
- Bank account details — for receiving payouts through Stripe Connect
- Product photos and descriptions — at least a few products ready to list
- Your store branding — a logo (recommended 400×400px or larger) and a brief store description
Quick Start Checklist
Step 1: Apply to Sell
Visit the dealer application page and submit your information. You'll need to provide basic details about your business and what types of products you plan to sell.
Step 2: Set Up Your Account
Once approved, configure your seller account with your profile information, contact details, and preferences.
Step 3: Create Your Store
Build your storefront by choosing a store name, setting your URL slug, uploading your logo, and writing a compelling store description.
Step 4: Complete KYC Verification
Verify your identity through our partner Sumsub. This is a legal requirement for all dealers on the platform and helps protect both you and your buyers.
Step 5: Connect Payments
Set up Stripe Connect so you can receive payouts. You'll need your bank account information and may need to provide additional business documentation.
Step 6: List Your First Product
Head to Product Management and create your first listing. Add photos, write a description, set your price, and publish.
Tips for a Smooth Start
- Complete all verification steps first before spending time on product listings. Your store won't be visible to buyers until verification is complete.
- Prepare high-quality product photos in advance. Good images are the single biggest factor in converting browsers to buyers.
- If you have existing inventory on Shopify or eBay, consider using our import tools to bring your products over quickly instead of creating them manually.
- Set competitive prices by researching what similar products sell for on the marketplace. Our metal-based pricing feature makes it easy to stay competitive as spot prices move.
