Order History

Your CoinDuffle account keeps a complete record of every order you've placed. Whether you need to check on a recent purchase, reference a past order, or review your buying history, everything is available in your account dashboard.

Accessing Your Order History

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select Orders from the dropdown menu.
3. You'll see a list of all your orders, with the most recent at the top.

Order List View

The order history page shows a summary of each order:

• Order Number — The unique identifier for the order (e.g., #CD-20260209-1234).
• Date Placed — When you placed the order.
• Status — The current status of the order (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, or Refunded).
• Total — The total amount charged.
• Item Count — How many items were in the order.
• Seller — The dealer you purchased from.

Filtering and Searching Orders

If you have many orders, you can use the tools at the top of the page to find what you need:

• Status filter — Filter by order status (e.g., show only "Shipped" or "Delivered" orders) using the status tabs.
• Search — Search by order number, product name, or seller name.
• Date range — Filter orders by date to find purchases from a specific time period.

Order Detail View

Click on any order to see its full details:

Items Ordered

A complete list of every item in the order, including:

• Product image and title
• Quantity purchased
• Price at the time of purchase
• Metal content and weight (for precious metal items)

Order Summary

• Subtotal
• Shipping cost
• Tax (if applicable)
• Total charged
• Payment method used

Shipping Information

• Shipping address
• Shipping method selected
• Tracking number (with a link to track the package)
• Estimated and actual delivery dates

Status History

A timeline showing every status change your order went through, with dates and times:

• Order placed
• Payment confirmed
• Order processing started
• Order shipped
• Order delivered

This gives you complete visibility into how your order progressed.

Using Your Order History

Reordering

If you want to purchase the same item again, you can navigate from your order history to the product page. Click the product title in your order details to go directly to its listing, where you can add it to your cart again.

Record Keeping

Your order history serves as a permanent record of your purchases. This is valuable for:

• Collection tracking — Keep track of what you've acquired, when, and at what price.
• Investment records — Track your precious metals purchases for tax and investment planning purposes.
• Insurance documentation — Your order history can serve as proof of purchase and value for insurance claims.
• Authentication — Having a record of where and when you purchased an item adds to its provenance.

Contacting Support

If you ever need to contact CoinDuffle support about an order, having your order number ready speeds up the process. You can find it in your order history or in the confirmation email you received when the order was placed.

Tips

• Check regularly — Review your order history periodically to make sure all your orders are accounted for and statuses look correct.
• Screenshot important details — For high-value purchases, consider taking screenshots of your order confirmation and details for your personal records.
• Keep your email updated — Order confirmations and updates are sent to your registered email. Make sure it's current so you don't miss important information about your orders.
