1. Who we are

CoinDuffle is operated by CoinDuffle LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 2622 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78230, United States (“CoinDuffle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoinDuffle website and services (the “Service”).

2. Marketplace model

CoinDuffle is an online marketplace that connects independent third-party dealers (“Dealers”) with buyers (“Buyers”). Dealers list, price, and ship their own inventory. CoinDuffle does not take possession of inventory and is not the seller of record for items listed by Dealers. Each transaction is a contract between the Buyer and the Dealer. CoinDuffle facilitates the listing, payment, and customer support workflow but is not a party to the underlying sale.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using CoinDuffle you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@coinduffle.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Pricing, payment, and live spot pricing

  • Bullion product prices are calculated as a Dealer-set premium over the live spot price of the underlying metal and update in real time.
  • The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment your order is submitted and authorized.
  • Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (currently Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
  • Sales tax is calculated and collected in accordance with applicable law.

6. Returns and order resolution

All sales on CoinDuffle are final. Because bullion pricing is locked against a live spot quote at checkout and items are shipped directly from independent Dealers, we do not accept returns. If your shipment arrives damaged, is missing, or does not match the listing, contact the Dealer and CoinDuffle support within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the Dealer to resolve it. 7. Shipping

Dealers ship orders directly to Buyers using insured carriers. Estimated transit times are listed at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier; insurance and tracking are included.

8. Buyback program

CoinDuffle's buyback program lets Sellers lock a price quote against the live spot price for a limited time. Quotes are honored only if items are received and verified within the quote window and match the declared description. Items that fail verification will be returned at the Seller's cost or repriced with the Seller's consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • List counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items;
  • Manipulate pricing, reviews, or analytics;
  • Use the Service to launder funds or evade taxes;
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
  • Violate any applicable U.S. or state law.

10. Intellectual property

The CoinDuffle name, logo, site design, and software are owned by CoinDuffle LLC. Product imagery and listing copy are owned by the respective Dealer or licensor. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” CoinDuffle does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals carry market risk; past performance is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinDuffle disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinDuffle's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid CoinDuffle in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
