CoinDuffle is a marketplace that connects buyers directly with independent dealers. As such, orders are fulfilled dealer-to-customer. We do not accept returns at the marketplace level.

All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order (e.g., shipment damage, incorrect item, or missing package), please contact the dealer directly using the details provided on your order confirmation. Our team can assist with coordination if needed.

Order Issues & Support

• Keep your order ID handy for faster support
• Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery
• For unresolved issues, contact CoinDuffle support and we will work with the dealer

Authenticity & Condition

Dealers on CoinDuffle are expected to accurately represent items. If you suspect a listing or item is misrepresented, notify us immediately. We take dealer integrity seriously and will investigate.
