How does live metal-based pricing work?
Bullion products are priced as a premium over the current spot price of the underlying metal. Prices update automatically as spot prices change, so you always see the current market value.
Is shipping insured?
Yes, all orders include insured shipping to protect your purchase during transit. Tracking is provided for every shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@coinduffle.com. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can typically accommodate changes or cancellations.
Selling
How do I sell coins or bullion to CoinDuffle?
Visit our Sell page, browse the buyback catalog, select the items and quantities you want to sell, and lock in a live offer based on current spot prices. Then ship your items and get paid after verification.
How is my buyback offer calculated?
Offers are calculated based on the current spot price of the metal minus a small margin. The offer price updates in real time, and once you lock it in, that price is held for a limited window.
When will I get paid?
Payment is processed after we receive and verify your shipment. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days, and payment is issued promptly after approval.
What condition do items need to be in?
Bullion items are valued by their metal content, so condition is less important than authenticity. For graded or collectible coins, items should match the description provided during the selling process.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3-7 business days within the United States.
What is your return policy?
