Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my balance different from my CoinDuffle revenue?

Your Stripe balance reflects processed payments minus Stripe processing fees and payouts. Your CoinDuffle revenue dashboard may show gross revenue before processing fees. They should reconcile when you account for processing fees and payout timing.

Can I see which CoinDuffle order a Stripe payment is for?

Yes. Each Stripe payment includes metadata with the CoinDuffle order number. Click on the payment to see the details.

Why was my payout less than expected?

Payouts reflect your available balance minus any holds, disputes, or pending refunds. Check your balance history for a detailed breakdown.

Can I request a manual payout?

Payouts are processed automatically on your configured schedule. You cannot trigger a manual payout through CoinDuffle, but Instant Payouts (if available) can expedite individual transfers.

What if a payout fails?

Failed payouts are usually caused by incorrect bank account details. Stripe will retry the payout and notify you. Update your bank details if needed and the failed amount will be included in your next payout.
