Creating an Account

Setting up a CoinDuffle account is free and only takes a couple of minutes. Your account gives you access to purchasing, wishlists, order tracking, the buyback program, and more.

How to Sign Up

1. Visit the sign-in page — Click the Sign In button in the top-right corner of any page on CoinDuffle, or navigate directly to the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address — Type the email address you'd like to use for your account. This will be your primary login credential and where we send order confirmations and updates.
3. Create a password — Choose a strong, unique password. We recommend at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
4. Submit the form — Click Create Account and you're in.

After signing up, you'll be redirected to the marketplace where you can start browsing immediately.

Setting Up Your Profile

Once your account is created, we recommend filling out your profile. Navigate to Account → Profile to update the following:

• Full Name — Your legal name, used for orders and identity verification.
• Phone Number — Optional, but helpful for delivery-related communication.
• Default Shipping Address — Adding an address now will save you time at checkout. You can always add more addresses later.

Account Security Best Practices

Your CoinDuffle account may involve financial transactions, so it's important to keep it secure:

• Use a unique password — Don't reuse passwords from other sites. If one service gets breached, your CoinDuffle account stays safe.
• Keep your email secure — Since password resets go to your email, make sure your email account itself has strong security (ideally with two-factor authentication enabled).
• Sign out on shared devices — If you're using a public or shared computer, always sign out when you're finished.
• Review your order history — Periodically check your account for any activity you don't recognize. If something looks off, contact our support team immediately.

Updating Your Account Information

You can update your profile information at any time:

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select Account from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to the Profile section.
4. Make your changes and click Save.

Changes to your name or email may require re-verification for security purposes.

Deleting Your Account

If you'd like to delete your CoinDuffle account, please contact our support team at support@coinduffle.com. We'll process your request and remove your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Note that we may need to retain certain transaction records for legal and regulatory compliance.
